The technology is great even it is simple but a lot to learn. The management is very supportive to learn the various technologies

The group size is small

People are making six figures for doing no work. This is GREAT (for those folks receiving it)! Except for those who are natural hard workers and seeing their peers take it easy and getting paid more than them is very demoralizing.

Lots of managers have no business in their position. Technical savvy, but not leadership savvy. Lack of communication. Lots of inequity regarding to pay. Great effort does not equate to higher pay. Lots of folks idle but getting paid 6 figures. Big Welfare System.
