      Management made career growth, raises, and promotions notably more difficult to achieve (e.g., you're on record for surpassing expectations in every category at the end of the year, and that isn't enough for even a raise) Lack of product understanding High turnover rate, especially the loss of talented engineers

      Pros

      Good leadership and career growth. Excellent health insurance and benefits.

      Kontras

      Nothing substantial. Only pains felt while working there were universally felt (Global Pandemic, Impact of AI) and each time Veracode put both employees and customers at the center of their decision making.
