I’ve met some of the most talented and kind people ever during my time at Veloretti. The culture is awesome, very welcoming, inclusive.
It's still (informally) matrixed, so to be successful you need great communication and collaboration, which I consider to be a positive thing.
It can be seen that people are proud to work for Veloretti, everyone wants to do their best and cares about customer satisfaction.
