Many of the employees are nice and willing to help. Most are those that are also new and have not learned of the skeletons that hide in the closet yet.

Many tenured employees are creating a unhealthy work environment, this includes some tenured management. Yet this is going unseen. Several people have left including those that have been with the company for 5 plus years. Both current good employees and those that leave feel as though they can not be honest about what they have experienced. There is a fear of the retaliation. Either they will lose their job or be treated even more poorly creating an unbearable work environment. If they seek a new job, the company will tell those that they know in the business not to hire them. All the good employees leave or are shown the door and your left with the "clique" of the local owner.
