All to ultimately offer you the job verbally during the worst economic crisis to hit the globe in a decade stating the written offer will be with you in a matter of days and just a formality...Proceed to then ghost you for 1,5 months and only after you finally chase up the hiring manager's boss will they say: ''Sorry, I was on holiday but anyway the advise from management is now to look for people in Life Sciences experience given how many applications we got in after Covid-19 became a real problem for people looking for work'' when that was the very thing they highlighted as a positive as you would be able to ''think outside the Box'' initially.
