Oh c'mon the pros are that you never get paid what is promised as incentives here. The founders are themselves the micromanagers in their company. Any motivation for working is instantly taken away by the founders. People are so frustrated in the company. There is no culture, no national holidays. There are no employee benefits for people working here. In face one does not get a salary slip.

You will not know what is the tax deducted for, is it actually getting paid to ITO. They write 12 lacs as CTC , of which 6 lacs is the retention bonus. Yes you heard it right, 50% of the total CTC is what they mean by retention. Fun fact is the management makes sure that no one works for a complete year just to save the 6 lac figure.
