TBH there are plenty of other places you can work that won’t induce this level of unnecessary stress. - Leadership seems truly confounded on how to create a stable workplace. Some of the most clueless and self-centered people I've ever met. - Employees are given a heavy workload with little training to begin with, and even less support down the road - There is a major disconnect between what our clients expect and what we can deliver, which translates into unrealistic asks from management, giving employees a sense that they are unsuccessful despite doing their best
