Nice and friendly environment & offices Good clients The location is great

Most directors seem to be bad at managing teams. Poor delegation and full of micromanagement (such as dictating emails, and not listening to their needs). Some directors promise things and then change their agreement. They are not remote-friendly at all.

The offices are really nice and the nature of work is interesting.

The company does not pay at least 4 people and they take advantage of them. They offer an "internship" without paying anything -which is illegal- and they also have the nerve to treat people with practices that are against human rights. I cannot recall one day working there without someone crying. Company or asylum?
