I was on the first floor in WCS project and as well I was watching the scene of whole company and i am elaborating my experience in points . Everybody is facing the same issues as I had discussed . * Don't join W C S project their as it is the biggest hub of politics 1. people who can do buttering are the best person for this company. 2. higher mgmt is nothing they are also doing buttering of their seniors. 3. Experienced person are thinking company belongs to their father example architect of WCS who sits around the girls and as well as talent acquisition manger lady.as well as every manager. 4. person are forcefully asked to change their technology.. 5. People like architects and managers are doing very dirty politics . like ruining your career. 6. no learning process no training no appraisal . 7. Employees who are very silent in nature they will have to suffer. 8. Any body can ask personal question in appraisal time with girls or boys (ridiculous). 9. All good person or I can say technically sound person had left the company or got fired. 10. No transparency 12. People send mail like no deo , no ringtone , no casual dress , no funky ringtone , no talking, no phone calls attending, approx 25 points. It was a reply of a genuine mail which was sent by genuine person when he asked "official discussion" should be only in english no other language so that everybody can understand. 13. Politics is at the highest level. 14. Teams are formed on the basis of tamil kannada telgu. No hindi scope.I was kannada so I was under a Idiot person who sits inside a circle of girls. I feel pitty for the north indians in this company. They are always at high risk. 15. Every person is crying for culture there as we are working there for formation of culture because they dont believe in hangouts and all. 16. no onsite opportunities this process is only for those who are doing buttering. 17. If any your relative is there in company then you will be happy but if not then you have to struggle for project or technology in which you want to work. they will ask to change you technology. 18. Policies will changes at any time of point.My appraisal was due but now they have shifted to july. So i left the company without taking any appraisal. 19. Employee policy are very bad 20. And most important don't join W C S project their as it is the biggest hub of politics. It is nothing like everybody is bad but good person are very few, they are either suppressed or they don't involve in politics. cc department is also very good.

Leaving this review so that candidates considering interviewing for roles at Valtech have an honest and objective view on things. Simply put - avoid Valtech at all costs. This is not a well run company. Culturally it's a dumpster fire as the company has struggled to merge acquired companies into one entity - lots of fiefdoms. Most senior level/C-level execs are poorly equipped to run teams - there's zero leadership here. Most of the leadership team is in their role because their agency was acquired by Valtech and by default they were given the position. New business acquisition is non-existent. Most new business is acquired through RFPs, although there is a bus dev in team in place now which is great. But the company is trying to pivot to an 'AI focused' consulting org. Make no mistake - Valtech is NOT anything close to a consulting org. This is a glorified body shop. I honestly wish this wasn't so - there are some smart and extremely capable people that work here, but leadership will drive this place into the ground. Avoid at all costs.

Zero leadership. No new business. Unrealistic timelines/expectations. Lack of resources. Constant layoffs. Poor company culture. Zero transparency. Be everything to everyone mentality in order to try and win business. Body shop at best.
