Valor is a great place to work in. The people are nice and the technological challenges are interesting. The workplace is very stable and the management is always doing its best to prevent dismissal.

due to its home-like environment, people tend to stay to long, which sometimes prevent necessary changes.

People are great in the company. Team wasn't too big (at least while I worked there), and quite agile. Quite a few interesting projects.

Compensation was just average. Also, since products were not selling as well as originally planned, no big bonuses and perks.
