Poor Mgmt team/unhealthy work environment - Human Resources bei Validity: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

Great people to work with, great office

Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
