Great Pay: Very high starting pay no matter what level. Great Benefits: 100% Benefits paid (Dental, medical, vision, etc.) Generous Bonus: Always exceed 100% (Avg 175%) Safety: One of the best employers who actually care about safety not just a buzzword.

Work life balance: Turnarounds can last months and usually required 24/7 coverage from almost all departments. However this is any oil & gas company. Lack of direction: All refineries work independently it seems. No one refinery does things the same. Growth in Company: Company advancement seems to be "who you know". Limited Locations: If you are wanting to get out of the Midwest, only Memphis and Wilmington remain.
