the co-workers are nice, and higher level managers are easy to talk to. The co-workers and managers all seem pretty intelligent. The overall work environment is nice and friendly.

The training was a bit more incomplete and needs more organization. Salaries can be improved.

Some upward mobility, opportunity to learn, travel. Nice and talented people as colleagues. Beautiful area of Virginia and situation in the Corporate Research Center by Virginia Tech.

Management was largely terrible. Either you were being micromanaged or not managed at all. Attempts to approve things were met with smiles and approval but never followed through upon.
