Pros
Products are good but it is hard to keep people to stay on prem and/or move to the cloud with us.
Kontras
Culture was not as great as I thought it would be, lots of busy work with no content, quota was set too high many were unable to achieve, and so forth. No wonder the turnover rate is so high. I so wanted to blame the Broadcom acquisition, but this seems to happen even before the acquisition.
