- Difficult promotions/internal job mobility if a manager has pigeonholed you and does not enable you to stretch into new skills. - Colleagues without boundaries (lots of inappropriate asking on dates, touching, etc. -- HR only sometimes intervened) - Diversity and Inclusion practices are inconsistent with what the program preaches. - Compensation for some roles isn't great. - Inconsistent management practices across teams and across organizations within the company. (It's like some managers are held accountable and some aren't.)
