I was able to gain some experience in a burgeoning field. It gave me the experience to move on to a better position elsewhere.

There is a lot I can add here: Senior management does not listen to employees. Guidelines and company policies constantly change. No professional training to augment or even keep your skills recent. Senior management plays favorites constantly. You may or may not be recognized for your achievements depending on how the management feels that week. I guess I could say overall inconsistency across the board.
