If your lucky you might see a show you couldn't afford... be warned, all the great positions are usually taken by senior / experienced staff. Most likely you will be placed out the back, guarding a staff entrance or maintenance elevator.

Where do I start... there is total disorganization since Spark merged with VIPeople... (wasn't great before, but worse now even after 6 months) No sense of organisation, payroll is often late due to "clerical errors" or bad management. It's not uncommon they will cancel you an hour or two before an event. Difficult & slow in communicating if any at all. Will berate you in front of others, not naming names, Alan, but some people should do a course on ' how to communicate with your staff ' & learn how to properly communicate with your staff. Get two or more VIPeople staff together and you will hear them riff about how they got screwed over sometime. Hard to get shifts as sometimes they don't confirm you until the last minute so it is difficult to schedule anything else.. To get a 30 min break you have to work five hours & fifteen minutes, a lot of shifts are only 5 hrs so you don't get a break. (even thought the require you there unpaid, 15 minutes before your shift) The irony is that a company that prides itself on Customer Service, treats it employees with such contempt.
