Low pay Unreliable management Unclear path for growth Discouraging and demotivating environment Toxic environment because of upper management and their passive aggressive way of dealing with employees. Employees not valued considering the amount of work I put in. I find it difficult to believe the other reviews written about the company; it’s like we work for 2 different companies.
