- For a Spring internship, the ability to experience the role of a junior/senior trader is exceptionally insightful. Games, shadowing, actually watching trades executed and a VERY well structured Spring Programme. Business Development puts a lot of effort in the Spring Programme and in identifying strong potential traders. Ability to convert to a summer internship. - Meritocratic firm in all sense of the word - different to most trading firms. You eat what you earn. - Direct access to senior management and ability to ask questions. The CEO is supportive, wants to see you develop and become your best. He sits on the trading floor. There is no sign of bureaucracy. If you have a suggestion, it is heard. I have done summer internships and I have not found this level of idea meritocracy. - Friendly traders, good banter and very outgoing. AMAZING planned social activities. - Excellent progression opportunities.

- Not for people who can't handle the general stress that a career in trading provides.
