Promised training, promised bonuses would be paid for doing my job not doing things in addition to my job. Promised ability for flexible working hours, Promised flexible working location. None of these were kept. Expenses were scrutinised so much and delayed by weeks due to middle managers trying to look good. Good employees get stuck on jobs and careers they don't want and are thus punished for doing good work.
