Pros
Pay and benefits are solid overall
Kontras
This job sends their technicians to various different client sites practically with no training and no opportunity to train or shadow amongst each other. This basically leaves their employees on an island and not delivering a good service to their client. There is no reimbursement on gas mileage. Client sites receive resumes of the technicians coming on site but they are sometimes fabricated by management to include qualifications or degrees the technician never received, all in order to get clients to pay more. Switching to an unlimited PTO model is a big red flag as management will deny your request even if asking for a pre-planned trip or death in the family. A lot of favoritism and strange nepotism as HR and the CEO are married and are either related to or are personal friends with other managers. Adherence to GMP is lacking and they try to cut cost by also cutting quality and making more work for their technicians rather than following standards.
