Some teams had a great collaborative culture. People were really happy to support each other, encourage learning and share ideas. People helped each other identify career opportunities and supported each other up 'the ladder'.

If you weren't in one of the good teams, you were own your own. Bullying was not uncommon, questions regarding less than transparent management/accounting were dismissed and HR were there solely to protect management and could not care less about lowly staff.
