Have many offices worldwide, more than 50 offices

. No bonus and salary increment for many years. expecting employees to continue to slog hard for them but who would do that? . Brought up issues to Manager but didn't seem to concern about it . Continue to harbour poor performers in the Company and this made the morale worst. . the assistance/support is just not there
