Work wise it's easy and simple. Managers are chill. Recently they reduced working hours from 9 hours 30 mins to 9 hours.

Pay is low, hikes are low, strict in and out time otherwise you will face pay cut, if you come after 9:30 AM you will be marked late and loss salary of that day. WFH is very rare. No hybrid culture.

1. Salary is delayed and Biased policies that favours higher level managers
2. Those who stayed longer years became managers than their skills. Such worst decisions, People who became managers were not fit at all. They are build by their ego and close connections to CEO
