Staff turnover is disastrously high and management seem to care very little. The HR department is headed up by a person who would side with you if your face fits. Management refuses to listen to staff and feel that they should not be questioned. The company is so big at this point that they would sooner see people leave than replace them. Redundancy within the company is badly managed and often staff leave feeling discarded.
