The other super happy reviews here seem suspicious, but here are my points: - Zero guidance and learning potential - Management does not keep promises and has double standards - Deceives about company bonus policy and then rewards a select few, breaking their own policy - CEO is toxic to work with and is an ongoing cause of many staff leaving. Mentality filters to other managers who are likely afraid to speak out (or are similar to him) as people that have done so seem to regularly get a quick exit. - Boring, unfulfilling projects. They rely on marketing their one or two previous successes as if every project is to the same level. It is not. In short, join at your own risk. In my opinion this is a company that is pretending to be more important and capable than it is, and at the very least thinks it's more important than its employees.
