The upper management at Glade springs sucks and is driving the place into the ground people don't leave companies because of the work. They leave because of shi* management. People don't want to work 6 days a week and get treated like crap the entire time. when you have a 13 day green hat training a 3 day green hat there's something wrong. pretty soon there won't be enough people there that know what they are doing to keep running the lines. everyone is tired of the constant shi* and all the "old timers" (2+years there) are leaving because they are being overworked and undervalued. The training room on the plant floor is covered in a thick layer of dust except when the owners come out to VA then it gets cleaned and made to look like it's used every day. Since I left at the end of 2022 I hadn't seen the training cage being used in almost 2 1/2 years.
