Additionally, my manager and team consistently provide support by collaboratively problem-solving on projects. I would recommend working at Utility because not only are you given autonomy on projects, but also structure and support to make things happen. The teams that I’ve been on are a pleasure to work with, everyone seems to love what they do, and are happy to help each other. Overall the company culture is friendly and positive.

Sometimes when working remotely you do feel isolated at times, but the optional in-office days that we have are a good way to collaborate face to face. Also, I wish we had some kind of a yearly stipend to take continuing education courses.
