- The most incompetent upper management I’ve ever worked with, sales manager didn’t even know how to cold call. - No kpis or direction on how we were supposed to achieve quota on a day to day basis, not a single Sdr ever hit target. - Very low salary compared to industry standards. - Empty promises of an Ae promotion. - Sales culture was no existent. - Very rarely worked with my Aes, didn’t qualify prospects and upper management didn’t want to double down on what was working for us which made quota impossible to hit. - 2 of my colleagues were promised Visas but their applications were never put through despite being led on and lied to for months.
