I’ve gained hands-on experience working mid-market and enterprise deals, with exposure to full sales cycle. It’s helped me build a much stronger understanding of how complex deals are sourced, developed, and closed. I’ve also developed a lot in terms of ownership and problem-solving by helping refine the sales playbook. There’s a strong focus on continuous improvement, which has pushed me to raise my own performance. Being early-stage means you can have a tangible impact while learning quickly from a high-performing team.
