Your opinions matter and can help shape the company and its product. The office space is great, they have standing desks, video games, and tons of snacks and beer. Although UserVoice embraces a startup culture, they are an established company that is maturely managed. With competitive compensation and benefits, you never feel like you're gambling your career on the success of a startup. UserVoice has a great work/life balance. Everyone works hard but you don't have to work 60 hour weeks to hit a deadline or keep up.
