There are opportunities to grow here and if you approach a manager with an idea they will listen to you. Management listens when you bring up problems and they try to help you work through them. As a recruiter you get to meet a lot of great candidates and management is always on-board when you want to do something for them (such as treats in the office, cards, etc.).
