Great company to work for - Mechanical Design Engineer bei Unspace: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I'm currently working in UnSPACE. I read some of the negative reviews for our company. I have a little different opinion about that. We are doing every design process from initial design proposal to finished work. It is a good company to learn about the overall construction process. In terms of design, we always try to develop creative ideas for design and we've always discuss and share our own idea so that figure out the best way. This is what i want to do before I came to this country. It's a small company, we always try to learn more about design. I have two years’ experience in my country. but it's mostly different process compared with my country. i'm learning so many thing since I began to work here. i'm happy to participate many projects in New York as a member of the team. i'm sure that i can get more opportunities to improve my talent.

for me it's enough to work

Un-designing, it's a complete selfless process, Everyone Gets their own project from the start, there is no manager, You just have to take the project up to the level that you will be satisfied. Nobody interferes with your process, the principal is there to help you from the beginning to the end. This process is overwhelming but if you have patience you can make it.

Unspace has very particular design philosophies, not for everyone. Time consuming process that only shines at the end....It's a small village work environment, everyone has to know what other staffs are doing. So when it's time to harvest/deadline everyone jumps on to help. It's a small firm, you get less salary compare to typical corporate office but more more. You get to see the whole picture but it's not for everyone!
