The company will not support people who are not self-driven. So individuals hoping to get training or learning from others will lag behind. Also work hours can be extreme, especially during proposal season, where work can extend to long daily hours, and over the weekends.

The environment and people are great to work with. UU's President, John Metzger is a wonderful leader; he truly cares about the employees and makes sure every department has what is needed to fully operate.
