was better previously but has gone down in last 2 years due to egoistic approach

No Communication with existing staff and mantra seems to be if they do not reply / revert than employees will forget. Individual approach to extend benefits and no corporate SOP on benefits. unilateral change of grades on the down side without taking employees into confidence.
