Pros

There are no hire and fire situation in the organization. Employee do get benefits and flexibility in their work. Management will ask people to leave if they will not perform and ofcourse no organization will keep these type of people who will not perform. So we need to blame organization for that . Even I am working from past 7years and I havent found any challenge. I just found this organization as the best place to work with.

Pros

If the following two business are analogous - exporting software (to American businesses) or operating a grocery store (Indian spices) in United States then come to Universal Software Corp. The company policies, compensation package and work culture is nothing more than selling dinner at restaurant. Good to know that company projects itself as "Universal is company for the people starting their lives in US" and I totally agree. Does that mean an employee forgoes market value of his/her resume, forgoes the promise and abundance of an American life, or forgoes the motivators and hygiene factors. I would rather work for a Indian restaurant than work at Universal Software Corp. because the hygiene factors are better. Yes the hygiene factors here referenced are those by Herzberg's (PMI) and Universal desperately needs a change in policies and work culture in order to be considered a border line, fair salary, fair environment. It will not be overstatement to say, employee satisfiers are nothing at all / nada.
