The company offers Employee Appreication Day, Employee of the Month and holds monthly events for our employees. We got a new Employee Assistance Program and no increases to our benefits for 2024.

The cold environment is not for everyone that works at the different locations. Company needs to continue to focus on reducing benefit copy to its employees.

Nothing positive to say so keeping it short

LOW PAY! Company does not care for their employees You pay minimum wage and expect top dollar employees You preach safety at hire and then safety goes out the window. They dont care about us peons. Employees get hurt and they say your not hurt! Employee benefits are the WORST I have ever seen. Employees are spending every dollar they make for poor insurance.
