culture of fear and paranoia, bullying environment, no teamwork so no one knows how to communicate & extremely low morale. lots of foul moods, no appreciation for anyone or anything (except $) and nothing was ever good enough. high turnover: either let go if they didn't like you or quit because of the conditions. lots of unhappy people who didn't want to be there
