Where to begin? Management is a joke! Health center directors are self centered and avoid any and every patient concern. They have no problem overworking their staff, and even if you do bring up your concerns they brush them off. Corporate management is non existent, the training they provide is useless because the staff providing the training are uneducated. Oh, and no room for growth. Providers see an alarming number of patients day to day, which leads to them becoming desensitized, and in turn affects patient care. A good percentage of the staff members (LPN's, MA's, PRC's) are ill mannered, uneducated, and flat out rude. In order to "fit-in" you have to dumb down to their level (and slang) or else you're perceived as stuck up on too good to work there. They also bad mouth their patients in front of OTHER patients and staff members. It's an absolute shame to see what they've become, poor Dr. Goetcheus.
