This is not the company for someone that is looking to make hugh increases in the salary each year. This company provides security, excellent wages but if you are looking to get huge increases each year then I would say you should be looking at other companies.
3rd world pay, you would be better off working the drive through at mcdonalds and make more money at it. The management style here is total micromanagement. They micromanage you to the second here and it will drive you crazy. Lots of favoritism here as well.
