Good pay. If you suck up to the right managers.

Waaaaaay to many managers. Which makes all managers mostly lazy self centered bums. Managers receive quarterly bonuses. Hourly employees receive no bonus or any incentive program. Besides being allowed to work overtime. When it suits managers. Senior management speaks highly of values but when push comes to shove values go right out the door
