Pros
Unit was a great company to work for. Coming out of college I knew very little of the process that it took to driil and produce a well. I can say now that I am very educated in the process. Unit and the employees there helped me every step of the way.
Kontras
I feel there was some mismanagement of funds which ended up in layoffs. More analysis should be done before a large purchase is made. Of course, nobody saw this downturn coming.
