It depends on the organization's management that you might be a part of but generally at my location your work schedule is VERY flexible. That's a big plus for some. But the pay is mediocre at best. This seems to be universal at this location. Benefits corporate-wide are on par with other corporations of this size in my opinion.

The pay is mediocre at best. This seems to be universal at this location. Benefits corporate-wide are on par with other corporations of this size in my opinion. Workforce age at this location is way far above what it should be due to lack of attrition. Most here are just trying to get to retirement to collect their pension from long ago (pension accrual is no more). Therefore culture-wise it is lacking in motivation and creativity.
