      No pros, but could be ok for a fresher who is poor

      Unisys exploits its employees a lot. No respect for an individual. Unisys employees lot of freshers because it's easier to get the work done from them. At unisys it's either you work or you leave the job. Lot of bad politics. Salary on papers makes you fool to join the company.

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
