This company is good only for freshers not for experience. For freshers 3 year bond will be there. within this 3 year bond too many challenges you have to face like first thing is regrding salary. your salary will be start from very low. In this less salary late comming deduction also there. Per minute they will count late comming to office and will deduct amount from your salary. Salary also very late credit. Company won't provide any laptop, you have to only arrange. After working some month as fresher you will deploy to client place. Because their maximum source of income is from onsite project only. It may be local client or out of station. You won't get any travelling allowance from company, client also won't provide any transporting to you. You have to arrange your own transport from your own money. Project managers are liars and cheaters. They will send you client place by saying only for 2 month but once you will go there you have to stay minimum 8 months to 1 year till upto finish the project. In between if you will tell any problem to managers then they won't respond, but if any complain, even a small complain from client against you then at that time project managers will be charge you. Because for them customer is god and employee is labour. You will never treat like employee, you will treat like bonded labour. For getting more billing from client, project managers will send you to client place by putting more than 2 year or 3 year fake experience from your original experience and with this fake experience you have to survive in client place. If you will fail then you may terminate. Thats why project managers are biggest cheaters and liars. They are playing with employee's career. How much work you do, whether you successfully finish client project also, Neither you will get hike nor appreciate. If you will ask hike to your project manager then they will bring some false complain against you from client regarding your performance. so that you will blame to yourself regarding your performance and next time you won't ask hike. That is their planning. CEO never interfer in those things, always he will listen to project managers. so your hike will be in your project manager's hand. Entire management is like cheating management. Too many internal politics is going on. If you will refuse to go client place then project managers will threaten you like you may get yellow card,red card or sometimes termination threaten. So If you will complete your entire 3 year successfully in such kind of environment then your future will be bright. Because working 3 year in this company you will gain that much of knowledge which is equivalent to 5 year outside. So after complete 3 year also your salary will be hardly 20,000 gross per month, from this too much deduction in hand you will get 15,000 something. only 50 percent amount will be credit to your PF account from your deduction and rest of amount will be go to company. Company is more than 20 year old, 5 branches, one international branch, still running like start-up. Once you will step out from this company you will get good hike outside as per market price and as per your knowledge. Like take my example, after complete 3 year also I was getting only 20K, But once I came out from this company I took 200 percent hike outside as per my talent and skill. for learning purpose it is a good organisation. So if you don't have any other option, If you are ready to face those challenges, If you have fully confidence on yourself, you are a dedicative and hard worker and you should be financial support from your parents side, then join in this company. There is no place for lazy persons in this company. So finally I will say 'Enter at your own risk'.
