      Pros

      Umesh works incredibly hard every day, travelling the world and telling people how amazing he is. Product leadership is so strong nobody can remember the CPOs name and the resulting roadmap looks like a mobius strip except changing direction every 6 months. This is great synergy because nobody then notices that Development are completely unable to deliver anything.

      Uniphore have been around for 17 years and you would expect them to be a mature organization, primed and ready to take the big leap into the next phase of their journey. Unfortunately you'd be wrong and find that they have the organizational maturity of a Labrador puppy. Service Delivery has some excellent people, fewer and fewer lately because they keep asking awkward questions like "why does the whole platform go down twice a week and nobody do anything to stop it" and then vanishing.
