Sorry but no pros at all

Kontras

Owners of the company loves micromangement and do not focus on work. They do not even give 1 hours of full break to any employees and they will not tell you this during interview. While the interview process is going they will be very sweet but as soon as the person joins the company they will not even allow to talk to anyone. Very less paid leaves in a year and no bonuses or pay hike

Pros

Fix week offs - sat-sun. Less pressure.

Kontras

Micro management. Doesn't feel like you are working for a company. Feels like you are working for a kirana shop. No growth opportunities at all. People working for 8-10 years at same position coz there are no growth opportunities. Non veg is not allowed in cafeteria. Never heard a company do that. Company don't have any process to give feedback to the management.
