      Pros

      Fantastic team, great leadership that actually cares, work life balance is great. Caveat is you need set your own boundaries - everyone will help and support if you say you're struggling, but you need to flag (it's an agency job so you will always be busy!) Very supportive and look out for your career progression.

      Kontras

      Salary isn't the best (varies significantly across the team and by when you joined) and promotions don't always come with much of an increase.

      Get to work with intensely creative and fun people who don't care about whether or not your idea is stupid; they just want to hear what you have to say.
