Don't care about their people and the hard work they put in. So many people are ineffective getting and easy ride and so many good people who work hard that are not given the time of day or the chance to progress. Nothing has changed in the ATOS buy out and the process of the integration has been laughable with no information, timelines of actions missed, people no knowing what's happening. HR are a joke pretty much non existent with no empathy expected of a normal HR team.
