*Honest Review from employee who worked there for 10 months* 1. no salaries 2. People who worked on projects left the company because of no appreciation and recognition along with salaries, people who are working there with half-half knowledge enjoying the success by launching those products. 3. absolutely no respect to those employees who worked hard, day and night for those projects and left because of no proper recognition. CEO treats people who left the company like donkeys. Did not even pay back their 4-5 months of salaries yet. 4. CEO himself talks bad about people who left the company even if they were hard workers. 5. Doesn't reply to background verification mails if a employee jumps a company. 6. He talks about all things he'll do for the company, but I tell you his condition is worse. Some how, from some where he tells he has 2 crores and started showing off today. 7. He launched product today named KONEQTO which can be hacked up in 2 mins. No proper SDLC for developing a software. No proper testing. No nothing. 8. Freshers will have a very bad opinion about software industry if they join there. 9. CEO has got zero technical knowledge along the senior management staff. a very big ZERO. 10. He thinks developing a software will happen just like that without proper system, without proper paid tools. 11. He will go in hunt for people who post bad review about the company, and start torching them with non stop calls and msgs. 12. All the good reviews are fake review which he forcefully made employees to write. 13. He asked employees to sign a bond of 1 year in order get a salary hike. 14. And all the poor employees who can't get a job with their half knowledge brains are still working there. which the CEO considers as a great achievement. 15. The company is not even worth 1 star rating in any department. 16. Expects everyone to stay back till 12:00 in the night. the general timings are 9 to 6 but if a employee leaves at 6, his face goes shattered. Many many more to tell about.
